Elbert Memorial Hospital Foundation

Organization

The Foundation Program was established in 1995 to assist EMH in providing for the healthcare needs of our community. It is organized and operated exclusively for charitable purposes for Elbert Memorial Hospital. The hospital is a not-for-profit and tax exempt organization -Section 501 (c)3. Contributions are tax deductible as provided by law.

Function and Responsibilities
  • Enhance and complement the mission of EMH
  • Develop philanthropic resources to support services offered by EMH
  • Manage and invest gift funds
  • Disburse gift funds in strict accordance with the wishes of the donor
Foundation Events

The Foundation offers numerous sponsorship opportunities for corporations, organizations and individuals.

Giving Program are:

  • Doctors’ Day – March 30, 2020
  • Annual Giving 2020
  • Jimmy Johnson Memorial Golf Classic – Friday, October 2, 2020
  • Annual Picnic in the Park and Duck Derby – Saturday, May 2, 2020
  • Fall Tastings – TBA
